Returns

 To start a return, you can contact us at info@rhodadoxa.com

 Eligibility for returns only applies for delivery of wrong items as per client’s order.

 Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t approve a return request or exchange.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It should also be in the original packaging. Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in original condition (including return post card, packaging, and accessories)

Items must be received back at the return address within 14 days of delivery date to receive a store credit. If an item is received after the 14 days has passed, you'll be charged a 50%  restocking fee. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

 Refunds

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We can't ensure the items you want will be available by the time your returned items are received, so we do not offer exchanges.

We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return, please allow 7 business to process your return and issue the store credit.

If it has been 7 business days and you haven't received your store credit, please contact at info@rhodadoxa.com with your order number, return request ID and return tracking number.

The store credit never expires.

Sales Items

 All Sales purchase are final. We do not accept returns on Sales items.

 Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged or the incorrect item please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package at info@rhodadoxa.com

Cancellation

Contact us within 24 hours to cancel your order.
